Agreement No. 1861 -- Dated January 5, 1912
Between: D&RGW and Utah Copper Co. (first party)
Subject: Transportation of Ores from Bingham Canyon to Garfield
Location: Bingham Canyon to Magna Plant (Garfield)
Reasons: Adjustment of differences between D&RG and Utah Copper Co. after construction of Bingham and Garfield Ry., by allocation of certain tonnage to D&RG
Conditions: Utah Copper grants right of way to D&RG on Low Grade Line over Utah company lands, reserves right to move tracks. Grants joint use of tracks at Garfield plants and at junction of Arthur Branch with D&RG company's main line
Cost Paid By:
Expiration of Agreement: December 31, 1926 -- Cancelled by Supplemental agreement 1861 dated October 31, 1923

Between: D&RGW (2nd party) and Bingham & Garfield Ry. (1st party)
Subject: Joint trackage rights, construction work, easements, etc., between parties
Location: At and near Magna and Arthur plants of the Utah Copper Company.
Reasons: To define each party's joint and individual rights, ownership duties, etc.
Conditions: Each party to do certain work on crossovers, etc.

Between: D&RGW (2nd party) and Bingham & Garfield Ry. (1st party)
Subject: Additional track and connections
Location: At and near Magna and Arthur plants of the Utah Copper Company.
Reasons: To facilitate operation of yards
Conditions: Present track between points 'E' and 'B' discontinued
Cost Paid By: 1st party, except D&RG to maintain tracks on its right of way

Agreement No. 1898 (Supplement) -- Dated May 1, 1924, effective as of March 31, 1923
Between: D&RGW (2nd party) and Bingham & Garfield Ry. (1st party)
Subject: Construction of additional trackage and changes in existing joint tracks
Location: Near Magna plant of the Utah Copper Company, at Magna
Reasons: Rearrangement of tracks to facilitate construction of certain mill buildings and other improvements
Conditions: Provisions under original agreement to be binding, except where modifications are necessary to meet new physical conditions. This supplemental contract shall not reinstate or restore rights or obligations cancelled by agreemnet of October 31, 1923

Between: D&RGW (2nd party), Utah Copper Company (1st party), and Bingham & Garfield Ry. (3rd party)
Subject: Various switches, connections, overhead crossings, etc.
Location: Different points in Bingham Canyon
Reasons: To provide movable trackage for stripping and mining ore deposits, etc.
Conditions: Several traffic and other arrangements (see agreement)
Cost Paid By: All by 1st party
Expiration of Agreement: Indefinite

Agreement No. 4163 -- Dated September 21, 1925
Between: D&RGW and Bingham & Garfield Ry.
Subject: Conveyance by D&RGW to B&G Ry. of right of way and trackage rights
Location: In Bingham Canyon and Carr Fork Canyon south of an east and west line, midway between north line of Section 26 and east and west center line of Section 26
Reasons:
Conditions: D&RGW reserves right to remove rail within six months on main line of Copper Belt railroad. B&G Ry. pays D&RGW $4,048.50 for used rail in Yampa Mine Spur. See also Deed U-3267 (same date), sale of Low Grade Line (from Midas to end) and part of Copper Belt line with Yampa Branch. $10,000 and other considerations.
