C&NW 400 was sold to Pioneer Railroad Equipment on 26 August 1999 (renumbered to CNW 40 to allow movement). C&NW 400 (as CNW 40) was actually moved to the Keokuk Junction Railway, Keokuk Junction, Iowa, in January 1999.
