General Notes:
- UP 3200-3224 (25 cars) were built by OWRR&N's Albina car shops in Portland, Oregon, as UP 2700-2724 in April, May and June 1924; renumbered to UP 3200-3224 upon delivery to UP in May and June 1924.
- UP 3264 was rebuilt in December 1941 at Cheyenne, Wyoming with steel superstructure.

- UP 3201 (built as UP 2701, renumbered in 1924 to 3201) was retired by UP in May 1959 and sold to Mount Hood Railway no. 7; Mount Hood Railway was sold to UP in November 1968; retired by UP (again) in August 1970; briefly stored inside UP's Cheyenne roundhouse; donated to Stuhr Museum of the Prairie Pioneer in Grand Island, Nebraska; displayed as Union Pacific "5280" (not a UP number); moved (date? after Aug 2019) to Moffat Road Railroad Museum, Granby, Colorado.
