- C&NW 1485-1490 had 251,000 pounds operating weight; C&NW 1492-1495 had 260,000 pounds operating weight; C&NW 1497 and 1498 had 262,000 pounds operating weight; C&NW 1491 had 265,000 pounds operating weight.
- MKT had 17 units, while still owned by MKT, re-powered by EMD using 1,500 horsepower 16-567C engines and GP9 style long hoods, completed between November 1958 and March 1960 (see MKT roster in Extra 2200 South, Issue 23, June/July 1970, p.21) under EMD rebuild order numbers 8528, 8541, 8542, 8553, and 8564.
