- To UP by merger in 1996; to UPP 100 "Airslie" in (?); retired in 2000; sold to a private party; during 2005 through 2007, the car was stored on Pacific Harbor Line at Los Angeles harbor at Wilmington; stored at Irwindale, California until April 2008, briefly moved to Mexico during April 2008; stored at Mexicali, BC (seen at Calexico, California en route to Mexicali on April 7, 2008; seen returning to the U.S. at El Centro, California on June 3, 2009); moved to Fullerton, California, where it was stored from July 2009 to June 2010; sold to Aberdeen, Carolina & Western Railway (ACWR), moved to Star, North Carolina, in late June 2010.
- One of three business cars ordered by Southern Pacific in the 1920s from Pullman (the other two cars were SP 140 "Stanford" and SP 99 "Houston"). SP 100 Airslie was delivered in late May 1926 and assigned to the Board Chairman Henry Wheeler DeForrest (with offices in New York). The car was regularly stationed on the private car tracks of the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York while the Board Chairman's offices were in that city. DeForrest had the car named for his family's hunting lodge in Scotland, "Airslie". (Bob Pecotich)

- Named "Lone Star" to commemorate the state of Texas, nicknamed The Lone Star State.

During the early 1950s, at the peak of steam locomotive operations, Cheyenne had the largest roundhouse on the Union Pacific system, large enough to form almost a complete circle.

General Notes:
- Built for Bureau of Mines in 1919, not delivered; remodeled in 1919 by Hotchkiss Blue Co., to private car "Anoakia" for Anita M. Baldwin; purchased by UP from her estate in January 1942 after being stored for eight years; to Business Car 119 (1st) in 1942; to Business Car 105 (2nd) in November 1951; to Business Car 113 (2nd) in April 1957; retired in June 1970; sold to a Houston Allred (Wichita Falls, Texas) in March 1971; used as a cottage in Woody Creek, Colorado.
- Anita M. Baldwin was the daughter of Southern California real estate developer E. J. "Lucky" Baldwin, the owner of the 8,000 acre Rancho Santa Anita, one of the original land grants in Los Angeles, on which all lands on which today's cities of Sierra Madre, Arcadia, Monrovia, El Monte, Baldwin Park are located, along with the famous Santa Anita Racetrack (originally known as the Los Angeles Turf Club). After her father's death in 1909, Anita Baldwin became one of the richest women in California, establishing the Anoakia Stock and Breeding Farm in Arcadia. Large portions of the original Rancho Santa Anita were sold throughout the 1930s, with portions becoming the Los Angels County Fairgrounds. Anita Baldwin sold the remaining 1300 acres of Rancho Santa Anita to Los Angeles Times publisher Harry Chandler in 1936. She died in 1939.

- Built as "City" series Sleeper Lounge "Boise", with 5 bedrooms and redwood-paneled lounge area; remodeled to Business Car 103 (4th) in May 1964; to Business Car 114 (3rd) in May 1965; remodeled in 1972; to Business Car "Feather River" in November 1983; to UPP 114 "Feather River" in 1989.
- Named "Feather River" to commemorate the river and canyon in northern California along which Western Pacific built its route in 1905. Western Pacific was known as the Feather River Route, and the Feather River name was also used by Western Pacific for its president's business car.

- On April 28, 2022, Union Pacific, in a joint press release with the non-profit Railroading Heritage of Midwest America organization, announced the donation of UP 2-10-2 5511, together with 4-6-6-4 3985, and other equipment, including Business Car "Selma". The equipment was moved as part of what was called a "Donation Special" that departed Cheyenne on November 11, 2022, and arrived at Silvis, Illinois, on November 19, 2022.
