- Between: D&RGW and Utah Copper Co. (first party)
- Subject: Transportation of Ores from Bingham Canyon to Garfield
- Location: Bingham Canyon to Magna Plant (Garfield)
- Reasons: Adjustment of differences between D&RG and Utah Copper Co. after construction of Bingham and Garfield Ry., by allocation of certain tonnage to D&RG
- Conditions: Utah Copper grants right of way to D&RG on Low Grade Line over Utah company lands, reserves right to move tracks. Grants joint use of tracks at Garfield plants and at junction of Arthur Branch with D&RG company's main line

- Reasons: Rearrangement of tracks to facilitate construction of certain mill buildings and other improvements
- Conditions: Provisions under original agreement to be binding, except where modifications are necessary to meet new physical conditions. This supplemental contract shall not reinstate or restore rights or obligations cancelled by agreemnet of October 31, 1923

- Agreement No. 4163 -- Dated September 21, 1925
- Between: D&RGW and Bingham & Garfield Ry.
- Subject: Conveyance by D&RGW to B&G Ry. of right of way and trackage rights
- Location: In Bingham Canyon and Carr Fork Canyon south of an east and west line, midway between north line of Section 26 and east and west center line of Section 26 (this was the approximate location of the Cuprum yard)
- Reasons:
- Conditions: D&RGW reserves right to remove rail within six months on main line of Copper Belt railroad. B&G Ry. pays D&RGW $4,048.50 for used rail in Yampa Mine Spur. See also: Deed U-3267 (same date), sale of Low Grade Line (from Midas to end) and part of Copper Belt line with Yampa Branch. $10,000 and other considerations.
