This roster is based largely, with extensive editing for readability and continuity, on Herb Danneman's roster that was published as a CD as part of "Colorado Rail Annual No. 33, Rio Grande Standard gauge Passenger Trains & Cars" published in 2018. This is an excellent book with a multitude of photos and other information and is highly recommended for anyone with an interest in Rio Grande passenger cars and trains.
