These files are for my own personal and private use, to allow access from locations other than my home desktop computer.
The primary purpose of these files is a change of format from paper to digital (change of format) to allow a full range of keyword searches.
The secondary purpose is to archive these published works to ensure an enduring copy of the content for my own personal use.
These files will not be re-hosted, will not be redistributed, and will not be used commercially.
Under the U. S. Copyright law, these files are retained as fair use for non-commercial purposes and for educational reference and research. This includes "change of format" for archival purposes. (See U. S. Copyright Law, Sections 107 through 118, Title 17, U. S. Code.)
